“Snow, Ice And Penguins” is a series of images that explore the surreal environment of Antarctica and one of its main inhabitants: penguins.  The survival of these specific aquatic flightless birds are heavily dependent on the icy continent. Climate change, krill fishing and avian flu are some of the immediate threats that Antarctica and its penguins are constantly facing. Through these images, I hope that people will realize how special this place is and it is well worth our protection.
